Refund and Returns Policy

At Silver siddhi, we are committed to providing you with high-quality 925 Sterling Silver jewellery that you will cherish. As a division of Siddhi Jewellers, we uphold a legacy of trust and transparency.

However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent.


1. Return Eligibility & Window

You can raise a return request within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and Unworn: The product must show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
  • Original Condition: It must include all original packaging, certificates (if any), tags, and the invoice. Please note: If the tag is removed, we cannot accept the return.
  • Not Customized: Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.
  • [Optional: Nose pins or body jewellery (often excluded for hygiene)].
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or negligence by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

We’ve made the process simple:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@silversiddhi.com or WhatsApp us at 7014391921 within the [7/15]-day window. Please include your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the jewellery in its original box and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address within [2-3] business days.
    • Note: If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we may request you to self-ship the item via a reliable courier. We will reimburse shipping costs up to [Amount, e.g., ₹100].

4. Refund Process

Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, our Quality Control (QC) team—trained by Siddhi Jewellers experts—will inspect the product.

  • Approval: If the product passes the quality check (tags intact, unworn), the refund will be initiated.
  • Timeline:
    • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment source within [5-7] business days.
    • COD Orders: You will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be processed within [5-7] business days after QC approval.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged product:

  • Report Immediately: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing Video: We strongly request customers to record an unboxing video. This is the best proof if a product is missing or damaged during transit. Without an unboxing video, claims of missing/damaged items may be difficult to process.
  • Resolution: We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for defective items.

6. Exchanges

If you like the product but need a different size (e.g., for a ring), we offer a one-time free exchange for size issues.

  • Follow the standard return process and mention “Exchange for Size” in your request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The full amount will be refunded.
  • After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse the delivery. A refund will be processed once the package returns to us.

Strategic Advice for Jewellery Returns:

  1. The “Tag” Rule: Be very strict about the tag. “If tag is removed, no return.” This prevents people from wearing the jewellery to a party for one night and then returning it the next day.
  2. Unboxing Video: In India especially, mandating (or strongly suggesting) an unboxing video saves you from “empty box” fraud.
  3. Deducting Shipping: Decide if you want to refund the full amount or deduct the shipping charges. Full refunds usually increase conversion rates (people buy more if they know it’s risk-free).
