However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be the perfect fit. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility & Window
You can raise a return request within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and Unworn: The product must show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- Original Condition: It must include all original packaging, certificates (if any), tags, and the invoice. Please note: If the tag is removed, we cannot accept the return.
- Not Customized: Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and policy reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
- Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process
Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, our Quality Control (QC) team—trained by Siddhi Jewellers experts—will inspect the product.
- Approval: If the product passes the quality check (tags intact, unworn), the refund will be initiated.

We take utmost care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged product:
- Report Immediately: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing Video: We strongly request customers to record an unboxing video. This is the best proof if a product is missing or damaged during transit. Without an unboxing video, claims of missing/damaged items may be difficult to process.
- Resolution: We will offer a free replacement or a full refund for defective items.

If you like the product but need a different size (e.g., for a ring), we offer a one-time free exchange for size issues.

7. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The full amount will be refunded.

Strategic Advice for Jewellery Returns:
- The “Tag” Rule: Be very strict about the tag. “If tag is removed, no return.” This prevents people from wearing the jewellery to a party for one night and then returning it the next day.
- Unboxing Video: In India especially, mandating (or strongly suggesting) an unboxing video saves you from “empty box” fraud.
